Job Summary

As an Operations Manager in Electrical Engineering based in the Leipzig region, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant execution of electrical system and equipment inspections according to DGUV regulations. A key part of your role will involve acting as the responsible electrical expert, conducting risk assessments, and organizing follow-up actions. You will be instrumental in coaching and developing a team of technicians, sharing your expertise to maintain high inspection quality. Additionally, you will provide technical consulting to clients, support the growth of customer relationships, and conduct internal training. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the company's growth and optimize processes, focusing on inspection, organization, and consulting rather than installation work.
