Job Summary
As a Software Test Automation Engineer at Tem Innovations GmbH, you will be responsible for the design, development, and operation of automated testing environments for cutting-edge in-vitro diagnostic instruments. Your daily work involves creating structured test strategies and innovative concepts to ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of medical products. You will design and execute both manual and automated software tests using Python and Squish, while documenting results to meet strict regulatory standards such as IVDR and FDA. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification such as IT Specialist; ISTQB Foundation Level certification is desirable.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in software test automation
- Experience in the medical technology industry is highly desirable
- Proven experience using software development tools such as Git, Jenkins, and JIRA
- Experience in creating test cases, test plans, and error reports
- Experience working within DevOps environments and cross-functional teams
