As a User Help Desk Team Coordinator at BIOTRONIK, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the IT support department in Berlin. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating incoming tickets, prioritizing urgent issues, and ensuring that response and resolution times meet established standards. You will act as a bridge between support units and specialist departments, managing critical incidents and overseeing external service providers. Beyond technical oversight, you will handle personnel coordination tasks such as shift planning, leave management, and onboarding. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience

- Experience in managing external service providers
- Proven track record in shift planning and personnel coordination
