As a Process Automation Specialist at ADAC, you will be instrumental in expanding the organization's intelligent document and input management landscape. Your daily responsibilities include managing the entire process chain from information capture and OCR classification to extraction and handover. You will ensure the stable operation of existing automation solutions while integrating modern AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to enable efficient dark processing. Beyond maintenance, you will actively train and optimize AI models for document recognition, develop validation and decision logics, and implement low-code/no-code solutions. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to work cross-functionally with business analysts and operational departments to refine the automation strategy. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation and development of input management and OCR solutions
- Extensive experience in AI/ML-supported document processing and familiarity with LLMs
- Practical experience in connecting and integrating AI services via APIs
- Proven experience in process management, analysis, and automation potential identification
- Experience with system architectures and hybrid (rule-based + ML) landscapes
- Experience in insurance-specific domains is preferred but not mandatory
