Job Summary

As the Head of the Calibration Laboratory, you will lead and oversee a specialized facility for an international service provider in electrical measurement and testing technology. Your primary responsibility is maintaining and expanding accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage relationships with the German accreditation body (DAkkS), organize internal audits, and handle complaint management. You will be deeply involved in technical processes, including creating calibration certificate templates, measurement uncertainty budgets, and calibration instructions. The role requires a strategic mindset to develop the laboratory further while ensuring all relevant procedures meet strict quality standards.
