Job Summary
This role involves hands-on laboratory and field work focused on plant genetics and reproduction, specifically with cereal crops. The successful candidate will independently manage the cultivation and crossing of various cereals, support the cultivation of plant embryos from interspecific crosses, and perform molecular biology tasks such as DNA extraction and PCR. Additionally, the position requires assisting with plant phenotyping in both field and greenhouse environments. Key qualifications include a background in biology or plant technology, solid molecular biology lab skills, and experience with cereal cultivation. Education
Completed vocational training as a Biology Laboratory Technician, Biological Technical Assistant, Plant Technologist, or comparable qualification
Experience

Additional
- Foreign qualifications must undergo a paid equivalency check in Germany, to be presented upon employment. Limited to a 2-year contract.
