As an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in the after-sales service and technical support for a leading manufacturer of surface technology systems. Your daily responsibilities include independently managing technical support inquiries, handling order processing, and overseeing field services. You will be responsible for designing control system upgrades for existing plants, which includes creating project-specific functional descriptions, flowcharts, and technical documentation. A significant portion of the role involves coordinating between internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a state-certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister), or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience in automation software such as Siemens TIA Portal or Beckhoff TwinCat3
  • Experience in project planning and technical order processing
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and functional descriptions
  • Experience in coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal departments
