Job Summary

As an IT Systems Engineer at Airbus, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of modern IT infrastructures. Your daily activities will include Level 1 and Level 2 support, troubleshooting system errors, and managing identity services through both manual and automated updates. You will play a key role in the design and implementation of IT systems and tools, ensuring seamless installation and commissioning of infrastructure components. A significant focus of the role involves automation and the continuous improvement of asset management, hardware, and licensing processes. Furthermore, you will be tasked with implementing security measures, developing disaster recovery plans, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with several years of professional experience.

Experience

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of IT and information systems
  • Extensive experience in the design, further development, and operation of complex IT systems
  • Proven experience with ITIL processes and incident management
  • Practical experience in system troubleshooting and L1/L2 support
