Job Summary

This role involves leading the development and implementation of a group-wide Entra ID and Microsoft 365 tenant strategy within an international environment. As a key technical architect, you will design unified identity and authorization concepts across multiple divisions, manage Active Directory synchronization (Hybrid Identity), and establish standards for governance, licensing, and role models. Your day-to-day will focus on building Zero Trust frameworks, implementing Conditional Access, and managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategies. You will also oversee the international rollout of M365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams while providing strategic consultancy to management.
