As a Materials Engineer or Process Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, structuring, and further developing existing workflows across sales, service, workshop, and commercial departments. You will identify bottlenecks and media breaks to implement standardized, practical solutions. A significant portion of the role focuses on the conception and implementation of digital tools, including automated workflows and first-level IT support for the team. Required Skills
Education
Commercial or technical vocational training, or a relevant university degree (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
Experience
- Professional experience in process analysis, digitalization, or workflow optimization is preferred.
- Experience in understanding operational processes, ideally within a service or workshop environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the structured and analytical handling of technical or commercial tasks.
- Experience in managing digital tools and systems with a high degree of IT affinity.
