As a Senior Technician and Coordinator, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of the technician team, overseeing assembly and prototype lab operations, and optimizing assembly processes during the development phase. Your daily routine will include conducting quality controls on incoming parts, reporting to the technical department, and ensuring the safety and maintenance of laboratory equipment and workshops. Required Skills

Education

Technical vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a similar qualification. Must hold a certification as a High-Voltage Expert (Elektrofachkraft für HV-Systeme) for automotive live-line work.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a technician in a workshop or laboratory environment
  • Experience in technical leadership or coordination of technical staff
  • Specialized experience working with High-Voltage (HV) systems in automotive manufacturing or supply
