Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist at pro optik, you will play a vital role in supporting the technological infrastructure of one of Germany's largest and fastest-growing optician chains. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing Microsoft environments for both the central administration and over 195 retail locations. This includes providing technical support via remote maintenance and on-site visits, installing hardware and software, and administering PC and server environments. You will be responsible for critical system monitoring, including firewalls, antivirus, and backup solutions. This position offers a unique growth path, starting with collaborative project work and evolving into independent project management.
