Job Summary
As a Digital Transformation Manager at Otto Lehmann GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing the business processes of a medium-sized manufacturing leader. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing existing workflows to identify digitalization potential, serving as the primary 1st and 2nd level support contact for digital systems, and actively participating in IT projects involving ERP, CRM, and Document Management Systems (DMS). You will be responsible for onboarding and training employees, configuring project management tools, and ensuring compliance with data protection and IT security standards. Education

Experience
- Professional experience in analyzing and identifying digitalization potential within business processes
- Experience in supporting users with digital tools and systems (1st/2nd level support)
- Proven track record in IT project participation, specifically with ERP, CRM, or DMS systems
- Experience in creating training materials and conducting employee onboarding for digital tools
- Experience in coordinating with external service providers and managing system interfaces
