As a Construction Site Manager specializing in building services (HVAC), you will be responsible for the expert supervision and quality assurance of external services across all HOAI performance phases. Your daily routine involves coordinating subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that projects meet strict quality, cost, and deadline requirements. You will act as a consultant for clients regarding energy optimization and provide essential support in contract and supplement management. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or Engineering degree in Building Services or a related technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience as an HVAC Site Manager in commercial or residential construction
- Experience in supervising and coordinating subcontractor services
- Proven track record in quality control and site acceptance procedures
- Experience in supplement management and cost calculation
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical regulations including HOAI, VOB, BGB, VDI, and DIN
