Job Summary

As an Environmental Protection and Landscape Management Engineer for the Brandenburg State Road Administration, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of complex landscape construction and planting projects across the regional road network. Your daily responsibilities include supervising difficult landscape construction measures, managing project settlements, and overseeing procurement processes. You will be responsible for reviewing intricate landscape planning documents, drafting technical service descriptions for engineering contracts, and ensuring the efficient management of financial resources for planning measures. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in environmental conservation or horticulture who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and administrative coordination. Required Skills

Education

University of Applied Sciences degree or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Management, Landscape Construction, Horticulture, Environmental Protection, Nature Conservation, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in landscape management, landscape construction, or environmental protection after degree completion is preferred.
  • Experience in monitoring and settling complex landscape construction projects.
  • Experience in reviewing landscape planning and managing engineering contracts.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and jurisprudence in the field of environmental protection.
