Job Summary
As a Dairy Laboratory Technician for Europe's leading colostrum-based food and supplement producer, you will play a vital role in ensuring product quality and safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses across the entire production cycle, from raw material intake to final product release and new product development. You will be responsible for evaluating results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and validating testing methods. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of routine quality control and involvement in method implementation. The position offers the stability of a full-time, permanent contract within an FSSC 22000 certified environment. Education
Completed vocational training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician (Milchwirtschaftlicher Laborant) or a comparable qualification in a related scientific field.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a food laboratory environment is highly preferred
- Experience in conducting chemical, physical, and microbiological examinations
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain high standards of accuracy
- Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and method validation
