Job Summary

As an Onsite Manager for Energy Projects GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in the construction and expansion of energy supply systems across various voltage levels from 0.4 kV to 110 kV. Your daily responsibilities include organizing construction sites, optimizing workflows, and coordinating both internal staff and subcontractors. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers on-site while performing hands-on technical tasks such as cabling, commissioning, and working on medium-voltage connections and battery systems. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in electronics who enjoys a mix of leadership and technical execution.
