Job Summary
This role involves the technical and commercial management of a municipal building yard (Baubetriebshof), overseeing a team of 23 employees. You will be responsible for personnel planning, workflow organization across various workshops, and the preparation of construction sites related to road and building maintenance. A critical part of the role includes ensuring public safety requirements (Verkehrssicherungspflicht) are met and managing the procurement of goods and services. Beyond daily operations, you will plan technical support for local markets and festivals and participate in on-call services. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a background in the construction industry who enjoys a mix of administrative planning and hands-on operational management. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the main construction trade, ideally with a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification.
