As a Tax Assistant specializing in Digitalization and IT Processes, you will play a pivotal role in evolving a modern, award-winning tax firm into the digital future. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing, standardizing, and automating business processes for both the firm and its diverse client base, with a specific focus on E-commerce and New Business sectors. You will support management in implementing the 'DatevgoesCloud' strategy, coordinate with external IT service providers, and ensure seamless data exchange across digital interfaces. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to guide colleagues through new digital workflows and advise clients on utilizing software systems effectively. The position is particularly attractive for tech-savvy professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of finance and technology. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant, Bank Clerk, IT System Administrator, or Social Insurance Clerk. Ideally holds the 'Specialist Assistant for Digitalization and IT Processes' (FAIT) qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in tax consultancy, banking, or IT system administration
  • Proven track record in managing digital workflows and automation
  • Experience with DATEV software and cloud-based accounting solutions
  • Experience in coordinating with external IT service providers
  • Experience in creating procedural documentation according to GoBD standards
