Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist at Sankt Katharinen-Krankenhaus in Frankfurt, you will join a small, dedicated IT team within a 280-bed academic teaching hospital. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing on-site hardware and software support, installing and configuring workstation environments, and managing server services. You will be a key player in the full lifecycle of IT issues, from initial ticket classification and analysis to coordinating with specialized support units. Beyond troubleshooting, you will actively contribute to the planning and execution of strategic IT projects. Experience
- Professional experience in information technology and systems integration
- Experience in Windows Server administration is highly preferred

- Experience working with IT ticketing systems and service level agreements
- Background in collaborative IT project work
