Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process. The successful candidate will take ownership of booking bank statements, managing payment transactions, and ensuring the high quality of master data. A significant portion of the role focuses on financial reporting, including active participation in monthly and annual financial statements, performing general ledger postings such as accruals, and supporting tax audits. Beyond standard accounting, the role offers unique variety by overseeing fleet management and contributing to the development of cash forecasts. As a key member of the finance team, you will also act as a deputy to the Head of Accounts Receivable. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellter) or a comparable commercial qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable
  • Experience in processing bank statements and payment transactions
  • Practical experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
  • Proven experience using SAP R/3 in a professional environment
  • Experience in general ledger postings, including accruals and recurring entries
  • Experience in supporting tax audits and cash forecasting
