You will be responsible for strategic leadership, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and GMP requirements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in operational management and production processes, coupled with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
