Job Summary
As the Chief of Staff for the CEO Online DACH, you will serve as a strategic and operational extension of the leadership team for the Group’s largest business unit. Your daily responsibilities include advising the CEO on key strategic decisions, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, and driving cross-functional projects through a Project Management Office (PMO) approach. You will lead the OPEX and headcount budgeting processes, manage investor and board meeting preparations, and oversee the end-to-end OKR process to ensure alignment with corporate strategy. This role is unique for its high level of executive exposure and the opportunity to influence the direction of a fast-scaling education provider. You will act as a lateral leader, steering the leadership team and optimizing governance formats to maximize organizational impact. Required Skills
Education
Advanced academic degree (e.g., Master's) in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a comparable environment
- Proven experience working closely with senior leaders and navigating high-stakes leadership environments
- Experience in fast-scaling environments is preferred
- Professional experience in cross-functional project coordination and strategic execution

- Role is based in Munich with high flexibility for remote work; requires ability to work 40 hours per week; candidates must possess strong discretion and sound judgment for high-stakes environments.
