As a Mechanical Design Engineer at DFT, a subsidiary of the KNAPP Group, you will play a pivotal role in the order processing department, serving as a vital interface between project sales and project management. Based in Gronau, you will be responsible for developing precise plant layouts for advanced overhead conveyor systems used in global e-commerce and logistics sectors. Your daily activities will include creating 2D and 3D CAD designs based on sales specifications, providing technical support to project leads, and managing material scheduling for mechanical components via the ERP system.
