Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician at a leading German institute specializing in water supply research. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical support and maintenance of analytical instruments, meticulously evaluating measurement data, and actively developing and optimizing analytical methods. A key part of the role involves performing measurements using LC-MS and GC-MS, ensuring strict adherence to DIN EN ISO 17025 quality assurance standards. Additionally, the technician will conduct qualified sampling of various water types for microbiological and chemical analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organic trace analysis and instrument maintenance, coupled with foundational knowledge in drinking water analysis, contributing to cutting-edge research and services in sustainable water management.
