Job Summary

This role is for a passionate and inspiring Team Lead Business Intelligence to elevate Hornetsecurity's BI capabilities. The successful candidate will lead an international team, taking responsibility for the strategic development of the BI landscape, including reporting, data warehousing, and KPI management. Day-to-day, you will lead and mentor your team, act as a key business partner for internal departments, define KPIs, and ensure BI solutions meet business needs. You will also analyze business-relevant data, identify new analytical potentials, and provide decision-making templates to management.
