Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Proven experience in leading an IT department or division
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing large-scale IT projects
- Experience in leading teams, personnel development, and managing change processes
- Experience in making resilient strategic decisions and implementing complex projects in a structured manner
