Job Summary
As a Senior Data Scientist at INC Innovation Center GmbH, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced Machine Learning and AI solutions across production, logistics, R&D, and robotics sectors. Your daily responsibilities include designing and training AI agents using modern tools like Copilot Studio and OpenAI APIs, as well as performing complex data modeling and statistical analysis. You will translate customer requirements into technical concepts and prototypes, bridging the gap between theoretical research and industrial application. This role is highly interdisciplinary, involving the creation of dashboards and technical reports to visualize optimization potentials. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification; a PhD is preferred.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI projects
- Proven experience in the development and integration of AI agent systems using LLMs or RAG frameworks
- Professional experience in creating technical concepts and project proposals based on customer requirements
- Experience in robotics, automation, or control systems is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary industrial and research projects
