Experience
- Professional experience as a state-certified geriatric nurse or equivalent recognized nursing qualification
- Leadership experience or completed/ongoing studies in a nursing-relevant field (Bachelor level)
- Experience in implementing holistic and resident-oriented care concepts
- Proven experience in quality management and process development within a clinical or care setting
