This role involves the independent planning, control, and optimization of both economic and technical aspects of railway construction projects in Jena. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for personnel selection and leadership, ensuring efficient staff deployment across various sites. Your day-to-day activities will include monitoring work preparation, logistics, and the execution of construction measures to ensure they meet strict quality, cost, and deadline requirements. Additionally, you will handle the recording of supplementary services (claims management), ensure comprehensive quality documentation, and manage the formal handover of completed projects to clients. Required Skills
