Required Skills
Education
Qualified state-examined Geriatric Nurse (3-year training) or equivalent; and a completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in a nursing-related field, or completed advanced training as a Leading Nursing Specialist (Pflegedienstleitung).
Experience
- Professional experience as a state-examined geriatric nurse or equivalent recognized nursing profession
- Experience in leading nursing staff or completion of a recognized management training program for nursing
- Experience in implementing holistic and resident-oriented care concepts
- Experience in quality management and the development of care standards
