Job Summary

This trainee program is designed for recent graduates in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics eager to launch their careers in hardware planning for energy and control systems, or in programming PLC controls for these systems. Over an eight-week program, participants will gain hands-on experience with experienced professionals, learning hardware design using EPLAN and automation programming and visualization with Siemens TIA Portal. The program is flexible, adapting its content and duration for individuals with prior experience in electrical planning or PLC programming from their studies or internships. Upon completion, trainees will transition into roles as Electrical Planners or PLC Programmers on local projects, enjoying a supportive environment with flexible work hours, home office options, and opportunities for continuous learning.
