Job Summary

This role involves creating design and execution plans for all building services (TGA) within complex construction projects. Key responsibilities include performing calculations for heating and cooling loads, air ducts, and pipe networks, as well as preparing material take-offs and assisting with service specifications. The ideal candidate will have a technical vocational background, such as an industrial mechanic with further training as a state-certified technician or technical system planner, ideally with HVAC knowledge. Proficiency in CAD applications like AutoCAD or MEP is essential, along with strong German and good English language skills.
