Job Summary
As an Electrical Process Engineer in Dresden, you will be responsible for the independent support and optimization of existing technology processes within a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment. Your day-to-day activities involve developing and maintaining new technological processes, including comprehensive documentation, and overseeing the technical implementation of custom microelectronic products from prototype to series production. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and procuring new equipment, training production staff, and providing technical consultancy to the sales department during the inquiry phase. This position is particularly attractive due to its blend of hands-on process management and innovative product development, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge microelectronics within an internationally active industrial group. You will collaborate closely with various sites and customers to implement innovative concepts, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the production lifecycle.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microtechnology, Microelectronics, or a comparable discipline.
Experience
- Practical experience in the development and manufacturing of products and processes
- Experience in the technical implementation of microelectronic products through to series production
- Professional experience in managing and optimizing technological processes
- Experience in conceptualizing and setting up new production machinery and systems
