This role involves leading the electrical department within an established, owner-managed craft business of approximately 80 employees. As a Master Electrician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of residential and industrial projects, including site measurements, material procurement, and technical planning. You will serve as the primary point of contact for property management companies, insurance providers, and private clients, ensuring high-quality standards from the initial offer to final acceptance. A significant portion of the role focuses on leadership, where you will coordinate staff and apprentices, manage tour schedules, and oversee large-scale projects. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman Certificate (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Electrician in the field of electrical engineering
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management and leadership of apprentices
- Experience in project supervision and construction site management through to final acceptance
- Experience in administrative tasks including correspondence with insurance companies and property managers
- Proven track record in independent and conscientious work organization
