Job Summary
As a Construction Site Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Your daily responsibilities include the organization, scheduling, and control of construction sites, alongside meticulous work preparation and personnel planning. You will be responsible for resource procurement, cost calculation, and billing, ensuring that all operations align with corporate and economic objectives. Beyond technical management, you will engage in customer acquisition and maintain service-oriented relationships with clients. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Technician, Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, or a Master Craftsman (Meister) certification in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience as a technician, engineer, or master craftsman in civil engineering
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage personnel effectively
- Experience in structured, independent project management and goal-oriented workflows
- Experience in business-oriented thinking and economic operational processes
- Background in customer service and professional client interaction
