Job Summary
As a Permitting Planner for Wind Energy Projects, you will play a critical role in advancing the energy transition by securing the necessary legal building rights for wind farms in Central Germany. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing complex approval processes under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), coordinating with authorities, and overseeing external experts for environmental and technical assessments. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive application documents, managing deadlines, and evaluating the economic impact of permit conditions with legal support. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of administrative precision and strategic stakeholder communication. The role is particularly attractive due to its high level of flexibility, offering up to four days of remote work per week, a collaborative atmosphere within a subsidiary of SachsenEnergie, and the opportunity to work on meaningful renewable energy infrastructure from initial sketches to operational status.
Required Skills
Education
Degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) with a focus on environmental sciences, law, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in immission control, environmental protection, nature conservation, or planning and administrative law
- Experience in coordinating approval procedures with public authorities and stakeholders
- Proven track record in preparing complex application documents and managing regulatory deadlines
- Experience in managing external planning offices and technical experts
