Job Summary
This role involves serving as the Deputy Operations Officer for the Rheinschanzinsel polder and the Philippsburg pumping station within the State Water Management Agency (Landesbetrieb Gewässer). The successful candidate will manage maintenance and renovation projects for hydraulic structures, acting as the primary point of contact for engineering firms and construction companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing flood protection exercises, monitoring technical facilities, and supervising construction and delivery contracts. Additionally, the position supports the strategic coordination of maintenance plans across nine depots, ensuring compliance with nature conservation and ecological requirements. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Civil Engineering or a comparable field of study.
Experience

- Experience in structured and independent project handling within a team environment
