Job Summary
This leadership role involves spearheading the 'Organization and Future' department, where the successful candidate will oversee critical administrative functions including digitalization, project management, and strategic development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing organizational structures, optimizing business processes, and resource management to prepare the administration for future challenges. You will be responsible for organizational audits, job evaluations, and coordinating the 'Administration of the Future' initiative. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree with a focus on Human Resources and/or Organizational Management; OR qualification for the second level of civil service (career group 2, first entry office) in General Services; OR completed training as a Verwaltungsfachangestellter with successful completion of the Administrative Examination II (Angestelltenprüfung II).
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience based on the required qualifications
- Proven multi-year leadership experience (including project leadership) in the public sector is desirable
- Professional experience in organizational management, strategy development, and process management
- Experience in conducting organizational investigations and workload distribution measures
