Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and administration for the Upper Franconia Police Headquarters in Coburg. As an IT Professional, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, provision, and administration of ICT components including mobile systems, PCs, printers, and network components within Microsoft and iOS environments. Your daily activities will include asset management via databases, providing 1st and 2nd level user support, performing troubleshooting and error analysis, and implementing technical improvements. You will also take a proactive role in problem management and conduct internal training sessions.
