As a Service Desk Technician at Sensient Technologies, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, assisting a global user base across office, production, and lab environments. Your daily responsibilities involve resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues—including desktop computers, laptops, printers, and connectivity—while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a vital link between the service desk and other business units, managing tickets and identifying emerging technical trends to suggest long-term solutions. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on a global technical team
- Professional experience in enterprise technologies and end-user support
- Experience supporting applications related to manufacturing and logistics is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in independent task management and collaborative problem solving
