Job Summary
As a Regulatory Affairs Manager at THOR GmbH in Speyer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance of specialty chemicals across international markets. Your daily responsibilities include supporting EU REACH and 'REACH-like' registration activities (such as Korea-REACH and KKDIK), managing substance dossiers, and coordinating REACH projects across various departments. You will act as a primary point of contact for the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and international authorities, while also handling SIEF negotiations and data sharing. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong scientific background who enjoys problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Natural Sciences with a chemical or regulatory focus.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in chemical law and REACH regulations
- Proven experience in managing substance registrations and dossier updates
- Experience in communicating with authorities, specifically ECHA, is highly desirable
- Professional experience in data research and cost-sharing negotiations
