Job Summary

This role involves working within the Ethics Committee office at the Medical Faculty of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. As an Ethics Committee Advisor, you will be responsible for the preliminary review of international research proposals across all medical fields, ensuring compliance with critical regulations such as MDR, MPDG, IVDR, AMG, and CTR. Your daily tasks include coordinating with applicants, committee members, and external authorities, providing specialized advice and training to researchers in both German and English, and participating in committee meetings. You will also play a key role in organizing administrative workflows and conducting internal and external training sessions. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative organization and process control
  • Experience in providing professional consultation and training to scientific staff
  • Experience using specialized research databases such as ethikPool or CTIS
