Job Summary
As an Electronics Engineer for ophthalmic medical technology at HS DOMS GmbH, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electronic components within a leading medical technology group. Your daily tasks include creating device-specific circuit diagrams and LOGO! programs tailored to customer configurations, as well as providing technical support for customer inquiries. You will play a pivotal role in product development by managing sub-projects and serving as the primary point of contact for external partners on electronics development matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment at the Saalfeld location, focusing on high-precision diagnostic equipment used globally in ophthalmology clinics. The role is attractive due to its blend of hands-on technical troubleshooting, documentation management, and collaborative development work within a stable, full-time, permanent contract structure.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or a University Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electronics development or electrical engineering
- Experience in creating device-specific circuit diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience in managing sub-projects and coordinating with external partners
- Practical experience in testing and analyzing electronic components in laboratory settings
