Job Summary
As a Systems Development Engineer based in Krailling, you will be responsible for the design, modeling, and optimization of thermal and flow-related processes. Your daily activities will involve developing and integrating PLC-based control algorithms, as well as conducting measurements and product tests on development machines and prototypes. You will play a critical role in the validation and verification of both hardware and software components, while also developing safety and oxidation concepts. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy a mix of theoretical analysis—such as feasibility and risk assessments—and hands-on testing. The role offers a permanent position with a takeover option, above-tariff pay, and a company pension scheme, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking long-term stability in a family-run business environment. Working hours are set from 07:00 to 16:00.

Experience
- Professional experience in the design and optimization of technical systems
