As a Channel Sales Representative for Mirus Bio, you will be responsible for driving the growth of a specialized Life Science product portfolio across Germany and Europe. Your day-to-day activities involve managing and strengthening long-term relationships with distribution partners, ensuring commercial strategies are aligned, and identifying new business opportunities. You will act as a bridge between internal departments like Marketing and Product Management to execute go-to-market plans while providing essential product training and technical support to distributors. This role is highly dynamic, requiring market analysis, performance tracking, and regular travel to represent the company at partner sites and industry events. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology).
Experience
- 3-5 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in Life Science research products, biotech tools, or academic consumables.
- Proven experience managing distributors or channel partners with quantifiable achievements in revenue growth or territory expansion.
- Professional experience with laboratory workflows, cell culture, and molecular biology applications.
- Professional experience using CRM systems and MS Office for sales tracking and reporting.

- Valid EU driver’s license; Willingness to travel up to 30%; Residence within approximately 1 hour of an international airport within Germany.
