Job Summary
As an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in Feed-in Management (EZA) controllers, you will play a pivotal role in Germany's energy transition. Your daily responsibilities involve the planning and creation of project-specific documentation, including circuit diagrams, control concepts, and parts lists using EPLAN Electric P8. You will be responsible for hardware selection based on safety and cost-effectiveness, coordinating the manufacturing of EZA controllers, and conducting technical clarifications with both customers and manufacturers. Beyond design, you will support commissioning, testing, and error analysis, occasionally assisting with the wiring and functional testing of control cabinets. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of CAD-based design and hands-on technical coordination. The position offers a high degree of flexibility with over 100 individual working time models and hybrid work options, set within a sustainable company focused on AI-powered energy management and climate-friendly solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsperson (Meister) in the field of Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering and design
- Proven proficiency in using EPLAN Electric P8 for circuit diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience in technical clarification with customers and manufacturers
- Experience in hardware selection and cost-benefit analysis
- Experience in the manufacturing coordination or assembly of control cabinets
