Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a similar field, or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Many years of relevant professional experience in IT strategy or digital transformation
  • Proven experience in the strategic alignment of IT subject areas
  • Professional experience in IT project implementation and management
  • Experience with AI methods, automation concepts, and digital innovation
  • Experience in the public sector or labor market policy is preferred
  • Experience in cross-functional workshop design and digital communication
