Job Summary
As the Managing Director for the Bavarian regional association of the DWA, you will lead the Munich-based office with full responsibility for personnel management, budget creation, and cost control. Your daily activities involve strategic networking, coordinating with honorary experts, and organizing major regional conferences and educational events in the water and waste management sector. You will act as a key liaison between the association's board, regional advisory councils, and industry stakeholders to drive innovation and identify new business opportunities. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (e.g., Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Water Management, or a comparable field).
Experience
