Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist in Quality Control at NextPharma's Bielefeld facility, you will be the primary point of contact for laboratory instrumentation and software. Your daily responsibilities involve maintaining and repairing laboratory equipment, coordinating maintenance and qualification activities, and managing the introduction of new analytical devices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency by drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training colleagues on equipment usage, and managing relationships with external service providers. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant) or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or in a comparable technical role
- Practical experience in repairing and maintaining technical equipment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
- Experience in equipment and software qualification is an advantage
- Proven experience in organizing and coordinating external service providers
